Fin Farm Muck Pellets are a slow-release pellet designed to target the muck layer at the bottom of lakes and ponds. The pellets sink to the bottom into the muck layer. Once in the muck the bacteria will activate and begin breaking down organic matter. The pellets will reduce the nutrient load on the bottom of the lake or pond and help to improve the water quality.
Application: Pellets can be broadcasted over entire body of water, but work great in targeted areas such as a beach, around docks, and the shoreline.
